The Boston Bruins and Carolina Hurricanes meet Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET in a matchup of division leaders featuring goaltenders Jeremy Swayman and Pyotr Kochetkov.

The Atlantic Division-leading Boston Bruins (115-80-24 all-time against Hartford/Carolina) face the first-place Carolina Hurricanes Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN. Both teams feature top-10 scorers in David Pastrnak and Sebastian Aho, while goaltenders Jeremy Swayman and Pyotr Kochetkov both rank in the league's top 10 for save percentage.

In the Central Division, the Minnesota Wild visit the Utah Mammoth at 9 p.m. ET to determine first place. Minnesota’s Kirill Kaprizov enters the contest with 13 goals this month, three shy of Mario Lemieux's October record. Utah’s Clayton Keller has recorded 15 points through 12 games.

The New Jersey Devils, who recently acquired goaltender Connor Hellebuyck, face the Dallas Stars. Dallas starter Jake Oettinger holds a 6-2-1 record with a 1.43 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage. The Stars have won five consecutive games, while the Devils have won five of their last six.

Other matchups include the Columbus Blue Jackets visiting the Philadelphia Flyers. Matvei Michkov leads Philadelphia with eight goals and two assists, while Columbus' Adam Fantilli scored the overtime winner in the team's previous game against Vegas. The Montreal Canadiens remain without captain Nick Suzuki due to an upper-body injury as they face the St. Louis Blues, who are 2-0 against Canadian opponents this season.

In late-night action, the Vancouver Canucks bring a league-high 4.62 goals-allowed average into a matchup with the Anaheim Ducks. The San Jose Sharks host the Buffalo Sabres, led by Macklin Celebrini’s 15 points and Jack Quinn’s 11 points in 11 games. In the Pacific, the second-place Vegas Golden Knights look to snap a three-game losing streak against the Ottawa Senators, featuring a scoring battle between Jack Eichel (19 points) and Tim Stutzle (16 points).
