The Philadelphia Eagles have lost three straight games and currently rank 31st in total offense heading into a Week 6 matchup against Carolina.

The Philadelphia Eagles enter Week 6 of the 2026 NFL season on a three-game losing streak, having collapsed in the fourth quarter during their last two outings. According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano, the team is managing a nearly complete overhaul of the offensive line following the retirement of Lane Johnson. The unit is also playing without injured guard Landon Dickerson, relying instead on Drew Kendall, Willie Lampkin, and rookie Markel Bell.

Philadelphia's offense currently ranks 31st in the league and sits in the bottom third for play-action usage. Quarterback Jalen Hurts has struggled with throws inside the numbers, a deficit noted during the team's recent game in London. The roster is further depleted by the absence of its top three running backs and the loss of wide receiver DeVonta Smith for the past two contests. Despite these struggles, the Eagles held a win probability exceeding 96% in each of their last two losses before falling late.

Insiders Jeremy Fowler and Dan Graziano report that General Manager Howie Roseman may look to the trade deadline for improvements, having already traded Cam Jurgens. The team faces a home slate against Carolina and Dallas before a Week 10 bye. While Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith are expected to return soon, the offense remains under pressure to adapt to first-year coordinator Sean Mannion’s system, which emphasizes under-center and play-action schemes.
