Alexa Grasso secured a unanimous decision victory with scores of 29-28 at Noche UFC, while Jean Silva finished Jose Miguel Delgado via rear-naked choke.

Alexa Grasso defeated Manon Fiorot by unanimous decision at Noche UFC in Glendale, Arizona, with all three judges scoring the bout 29-28. Grasso, currently ranked No. 5 at 125 pounds, connected on nearly 50% of her significant strikes during the first round and recorded a knockdown with a right hook with less than 40 seconds remaining in the frame. Fiorot, the No. 2 flyweight, opened a cut near Grasso’s right eye in the second round but fell to 13-3 overall after losing two of her last three contests.

In the featherweight main event, Jean Silva submitted Jose Miguel Delgado at 2:57 of the third round using a one-handed rear-naked choke. Silva, who entered as a 4-1 betting favorite, recovered from being dropped in the first round—a period in which he landed only five strikes—to floor Delgado with a right hand in the final round. Delgado served as a late replacement for Yair Rodriguez, who withdrew three weeks prior due to injury.

On the undercard, heavyweight Curtis Blaydes secured a unanimous decision win over Waldo Cortes Acosta with identical scores of 29-28. Blaydes completed four of 10 takedown attempts and landed 24 significant strikes compared to 28 for Cortes Acosta. Following these Noche UFC results, Grasso awaits the winner of the October 3 title fight between Natalia Silva and Wang Cong for the vacant 125-pound championship.
