Haeran Ryu leads the field by four strokes with a 17-under 199 total following a third-round 68 at Pine Beach Golf Links.

Haeran Ryu birdied her final three holes on Saturday to shoot a 4-under 68, reaching a three-round total of 17-under 199 at the LPGA South Korea tournament. She holds a four-stroke lead over a three-way tie for second place consisting of Hye-Jin Choi, Minji Park, and Yuri Yoshida. Park posted the low round of the day with a 65, while Yoshida carded a 68 to reach the runner-up position.

Hye-Jin Choi moved into contention at Pine Beach Golf Links by shooting a 6-under 66, highlighted by an eagle and seven birdies through her first 11 holes. Choi recorded a 28 on the front nine and reached 9 under for the day before hitting into a fairway bunker for a bogey on the par-5 12th. Her round concluded with a double-bogey 7 on the 17th hole after her fairway wood shot landed in a hazard and she missed an eight-foot par putt.

Heavy rain impacted play, requiring course officials to use roller squeegees to clear water from the greens. The weather conditions resulted in six-hour rounds for most of the final groups. Defending champion Sei Young Kim struggled during the third round, shooting a 77 to fall to even par for the tournament.

Choi, who finished second by one stroke last week in Shanghai, is seeking her first victory in 125 career LPGA Tour starts. The late-season Asian swing continues next week at the Maybank Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
