South African Casey Jarvis shot a 4-under 67 on Friday to move to 10-under par overall at Woo Jeong Hills Country Club.
Casey Jarvis and Antoine Rozner share the halfway lead at the Genesis Championship with identical scores of 10-under par. During Friday's second round at Woo Jeong Hills Country Club, Jarvis carded a 4-under 67, while Rozner recorded a 65 to match the lowest round of the day. The pair holds a three-stroke advantage over a four-man chasing pack tied for third place, which features British Open champion Ryan Fox following his second-round 67.
Jarvis enters the weekend seeking his third victory of the 2026 European tour season, having previously won the Kenya Open and the South African Open in February. A win would assist his pursuit of the top three positions in the Race to Dubai standings, currently occupied by Eugenio Chacarra, Patrick Reed, and Rory McIlroy. While Reed and McIlroy are not in the field this week, Chacarra moved into contention with a 6-under 66 on Friday. The current standings leader sits six strokes behind the leaders at 4-under par overall after opening the tournament with a 72.
The event in South Korea is one of three remaining tournaments on the schedule, with the season set to conclude with upcoming stops in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
