Lamar Jackson completed 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns before exiting Baltimore's 24-18 win with a left ankle injury.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson did not play in the second half of a 24-18 victory against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday after sustaining a left ankle injury. Jackson was hurt on the final offensive snap of the second quarter when he was sacked from behind by defensive end Jermaine Johnson II, who appeared to land on the quarterback's leg. Before his departure, Jackson completed 75% of his passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns, marking the fourth-highest first-half passing yardage total of his career.

ESPN’s Jamison Hensley reports that Jackson limped to the sideline following the sack and remained there in uniform until leaving the field with 4:41 remaining in the fourth quarter. Tyler Huntley took over at quarterback for the remainder of the contest. The injury occurred during a game where Baltimore also lost cornerback Marlon Humphrey to a calf injury, right guard Andrew Vorhees to a foot issue, and tight end Durham Smythe to an Achilles injury.

Prior to the exit of the two-time NFL Most Valuable Player, the Ravens offense relied on Jackson's 11.1 yards per completion. Huntley, who filled in for the second half, previously recorded a 2-0 record as a starter during the prior season with wins over Chicago and Green Bay. The team officially ruled out Jackson for the remainder of the game during the second half as they secured the six-point win.
