If selected for the upcoming friendly against Leeds United in Dublin on Wednesday, the forward will make his first appearance for the Premier League side since a Europa League fixture against Viktoria Plzeň in December 2024. His return to the squad follows the January departure of Ruben Amorim, who is now managing AC Milan and will face United in Wroclaw, Poland, on August 15.
