According to sources cited by ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the agreement includes $47 million in guaranteed money and carries a maximum value of $78 million. Wilson, who was entering the final year of his rookie contract, now earns an average annual salary of $25 million, a rate that ties him for 20th among NFL wide receivers. The total contract value ranks tied for 22nd at the position, while the guaranteed portion sits at 21st overall.

Wilson’s new deal follows a 2025 breakout campaign where he recorded 1,006 receiving yards, marking the first time in his career he surpassed the 1,000-yard milestone. This production came after a slow start to the season in which he managed only 52 yards through the first five games. By reaching the 1,000-yard mark, Wilson joined Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Zay Flowers as the only players from the 2023 wide receiver draft class to achieve that statistical feat.
