Barcelona forward Raphinha will miss upcoming matches after sustaining a hamstring injury during Brazil's 4-2 win over Australia.

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick confirmed that Raphinha will miss Saturday's LaLiga fixture against Getafe at Spotify Camp Nou and Tuesday's Champions League match against Galatasaray in Istanbul. The 29-year-old forward returned from international duty with a hamstring problem sustained during Brazil's 4-2 friendly victory over Australia. Raphinha has recorded 14 goals in eight appearances for the Spanish champions this season, primarily playing as a No. 9 following the departures of Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres.

Flick noted that while scans revealed an issue, the injury is not considered serious. The club is exercising caution as Raphinha missed 25 games last season due to similar hamstring complications. Sources told ESPN the Brazilian is expected to be available for the October 20 match against Paris Saint-Germain and the Clásico against Real Madrid on October 25. Summer signing Gabriel Jesus, who has two goals in four substitute appearances, is slated to earn his first start for the club in Raphinha's absence.

In additional squad updates, Flick confirmed goalkeeper Joan García is fit to return to the lineup. Midfielder Frenkie de Jong remains unavailable for the Getafe and Galatasaray matches but may return for the October 19 trip to Real Betis. Barcelona currently holds a perfect record this season with seven wins in LaLiga and one in the Champions League.
