Tottenham Hotspur are evaluating a move for 25-year-old AS Monaco striker Folarin Balogun, who has been offered to the North London club ahead of the Premier League season. The former Arsenal forward is one of several attacking options under consideration, alongside Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen, who carries an €80 million valuation. Spurs have also discussed the possibility of signing Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson on a loan basis. Liverpool have intensified their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain winger Ibrahim Mbaye, making inquiries alongside Bayer Leverkusen for the 18-year-old. While Mbaye is keen on a move to Anfield, the transaction is not expected to interfere with a potential €120 million deal for his teammate, Bradley Barcola.
