Jalen Williams exited Sunday's 108-101 win over the LA Clippers on a stretcher after his left leg collapsed during a drive with 1:14 remaining.

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jalen Williams was stretchered off the court during a 108-101 victory over the LA Clippers on Sunday night. The All-Star suffered a significant injury to his lower left leg with 1:14 remaining in the fourth quarter after being fouled on a drive. His left foot bent at an unnatural angle as he landed, causing the game to be delayed for approximately five minutes. While being wheeled away, Williams gave the crowd two thumbs-up.

Coach Mark Daigneault stated there was no immediate diagnosis, noting the team expects a briefing on Monday morning regarding the guard's condition. The injury occurred to a player who averaged 18 points through his first 250 NBA games and was a member of the 2025 championship roster. Williams previously missed 49 games last season due to hamstring issues and right wrist surgery.

In addition to the Jalen Williams injury, the Thunder lost two other players during the first quarter. Guard Cason Wallace exited with left shoulder soreness, and forward Jaylin Williams departed due to right wrist soreness; neither returned to the contest. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who addressed the media following the win, expressed that the team must prepare for a quick turnaround as they host the Phoenix Suns on Monday.
