Minnesota elevated Odell Beckham Jr. and Jeshaun Jones from the practice squad on Saturday, though Beckham's playing status remains undecided.

The Minnesota Vikings elevated wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. from the practice squad on Saturday ahead of their Sunday game against the New Orleans Saints. According to a source reported by ESPN, the team has not yet determined if the 33-year-old veteran will be active and in uniform for the contest. The move follows Beckham signing with the 4-0 Vikings on Wednesday after he failed to record a catch on 19 snaps across three games with the New York Giants earlier this season.

Beckham’s availability hinges on the health of receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, both of whom are listed as questionable with ankle injuries. Neither starter participated in a full day of practice last week, and both are expected to undergo pregame workouts to determine their status. The Vikings also elevated receiver Jeshaun Jones from the practice squad to bolster a depth chart that includes Jauan Jennings, who has two receptions on four targets this year.

Head coach Kevin O'Connell noted that Beckham previously played for the Los Angeles Rams just three days after signing in 2021. Beckham enters this week with career totals of 575 catches, 7,987 yards, and 59 touchdowns. His last productive stint prior to this year was in 2024 with the Miami Dolphins, where he recorded nine receptions for 54 yards.
