While OKC dominates the West, the Detroit Pistons (52-19) have reclaimed the top seed in the Eastern Conference despite Cade Cunningham’s punctured lung. Detroit has won four straight games to move into second place in defensive rating, highlighted by Daniss Jenkins averaging 26 points on 60% shooting in recent wins over the Lakers and Warriors.

Cleveland (45-27) holds the No. 4 seed following a 136-131 victory over Orlando on Tuesday, marking their fourth straight win. The Cavaliers are currently being chased by the Toronto Raptors, Miami Heat, and Atlanta Hawks for the No. 5 slot.
