Lowry becomes just the second player in the history of the Toronto franchise to have his number raised to the Scotiabank Arena rafters, joining Vince Carter. Carter’s No. 15 was previously retired by the organization in November 2024. Over 1,187 career regular-season NBA games, Lowry maintained averages of 13.8 points, 6.0 assists, and 4.2 rebounds.
