She sits at 16-under 200 alongside Arpichaya Yubol, who entered the day as the second-round leader and signed for a 68. The duo holds a two-stroke advantage heading into the final round at the tree-lined Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Schubert, the 2017 U.S. Women's Amateur winner, recovered from a bogey on the par-4 14th by recording birdies on the par-3 16th and the par-4 18th.

Arpichaya Yubol reached 17-under par after recording birdies on the first two holes of the back nine. However, the 24-year-old from Thailand faced a setback with a bogey on the par-4 15th, followed by six pars to close her round. Yubol currently ranks 112th in the world and 28th in the LPGA Tour season standings, having secured second-place finishes earlier this year at both Mayakoba and the ShopRite LPGA. She noted the importance of maintaining momentum, stating that a leader cannot stay stagnant on their score but must continue moving up.

Both Schubert and Yubol are seeking their maiden victories on the LPGA Tour. Schubert, age 30, returned to the main tour this season after a 10th-place finish in the Epson Tour standings last year. She credited her time on the Epson Tour for boosting her confidence and providing the competitive environment necessary to understand the sensation of winning.

Jeeno Thitikul remains in contention in third place, trailing the leaders by two shots after shooting a 67. The Thai player, who is pursuing her 10th career LPGA Tour victory, will join Schubert and Yubol in the final group on Sunday. Thitikul expressed that the primary motivation for playing is the love of being in contention and the drive to chase trophies. Behind her, Narin An climbed the leaderboard with a 66 on Saturday to reach a total of 13-under par.

Despite the dropped shot on the 14th, her 5-under performance matched the score of her playing partner for the final round.
