Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce moved into second place on the NFL's all-time receiving yards list for tight ends during a 31-10 victory over the Denver Broncos on Monday night. According to Nate Taylor of ESPN, the 36-year-old veteran entered the contest needing 44 yards to overtake Jason Witten’s career mark of 13,046 yards. Kelce finished the game with three receptions for 71 yards, bringing his career total to 13,073 yards.

The 13-year veteran secured the milestone in the third quarter on a 59-yard reception, which stood as the longest completion of the game for quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Kelce caught a short pass against a Denver blitz and broke a tackle to extend the play. Following the highlight, Taylor Swift and Jason Kelce were seen celebrating the achievement together in an Arrowhead Stadium suite.

Kelce now trails only Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez, who holds the all-time record for tight ends with 15,127 receiving yards. The Chiefs victory improves their record as Kelce continues his pursuit of the top spot in league history.
