WBC middleweight champion Carlos Adames will face Gerome Warburton in a 10-round nontitle matchup on Nov. 14 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The 165-pound catchweight bout will serve as the main event for Zuffa Boxing 13 at The Venue, according to an announcement from Zuffa officials on Friday.

Adames, a Dominican Republic native with a professional record of 25-1-1 and 18 KOs, has held the undisputed WBC middleweight title since 2024. He enters this contest following three consecutive successful title defenses against Terrell Gausha, Hamzah Sheeraz, and Austin Williams.

Warburton, fighting out of the U.K., carries a record of 18-2-2 with 2 KOs. He is currently on a three-fight winning streak, which includes two victories over Nathan Heaney in March and September. ESPN reports that while Adames is considered the top middleweight in the world, his championship belt will not be at stake during this scheduled event.
