All three judges at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, scored the bout 49-46 in favor of the 33-year-old Liverpool native. The victory moves Till to a 2-0 record in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, while the 49-year-old Romero dropped to 1-1 within the promotion.

Following the five-round contest, Till confronted BKFC iron weight champion Lorenzo Hunt in the ring. Hunt, a 44-year-old fighter from Ohio with a 12-2 record, is a potential future opponent for Till, alongside Tommy Fury. This victory follows Till's promotional debut in May, where he secured a second-round knockout against Aaron Chalmers.

In the co-main event, Jack Cullen captured the BKFC middleweight championship by defeating David Mundell. The Bolton-based former professional boxer won a split decision after the bout went to a sixth deciding round. Two judges scored the contest 58-55 and 57-56 for Cullen, while the third official saw it 57-56 for Mundell.
