Ahead of the Tuesday 4 p.m. ET NFL trade deadline, experts proposed a deal sending Jonathan Taylor to the Vikings for four 2027 draft picks.

Eight ESPN and NFL Network experts have proposed specific trades ahead of the Tuesday 4 p.m. ET deadline. These pitches follow confirmed moves including guard Quenton Nelson to the Seahawks, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner to the 49ers, and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to the Bears for a package featuring two first-round picks. Additionally, quarterbacks J.J. McCarthy and Jacoby Brissett have already switched teams to the Giants and Ravens, respectively.

Judy Battista proposed the Minnesota Vikings acquire running back Jonathan Taylor from the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for four 2027 draft picks: a second-rounder, a third-rounder, and two fifth-rounders. The Vikings currently feature Kyler Murray at quarterback alongside receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. In another backfield move, Ben Solak suggested the Green Bay Packers send a 2027 fourth-round pick to the Tennessee Titans for Tony Pollard. Pollard currently ranks 11th in 10-plus-yard rush rate since last season, while Packers runner Josh Jacobs has a season-long rush of 10 yards.

Defensive proposals include Matt Bowen’s pitch for the Chicago Bears to acquire cornerback Riq Woolen from the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2027 fifth-round pick. Woolen, who has 12 career interceptions, is playing on a one-year deal. Cameron Wolfe proposed the Jacksonville Jaguars send a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fourth-round pick to the Eagles for defensive tackle Moro Ojomo following a season-ending quad injury to DaVon Hamilton.

Other proposed deals include safety Jessie Bates III moving to the Buffalo Bills for 2027 third-round and 2028 sixth-round picks, and wide receiver Josh Downs joining the Kansas City Chiefs for a 2027 fourth-round selection. Field Yates suggested the Packers acquire offensive lineman Kingsley Suamataia from the Chiefs for a 2027 fourth-round pick, while Aaron Schatz pitched a deal sending receiver Dyami Brown to the Los Angeles Rams for a 2027 sixth-round pick.
